· Election- Election for all officer, board and volunteer committee positions will be Wednesday January 11th. Meeting starts 7pm.
· Bylaw change-Lack of board participation resulting in difficulty and inability to operate the club efficiently has created a need to decrease the size of the current board from 15 to 9. See below for Changes proposed.
· Raffle- We would like to thanks Century Arms who has donated some great prizes for our raffle! Tickets are $2 each or 6 tickets for $10. Tickets will be sold up to and including the Annual meeting. Drawing will be at the meeting. Prizes are:

· Swap meet- Clean out your Storage! On Feb 25th we have tentatively planned a club "Swap-Meet". Bring your hunting, fishing, archery, guns, reloading, and other outdoor stuff to selling or trade with other members. Cash donations to the club would be appreciated.

Article IV:Officers and Directors.
The Officers of the Club shall be President,Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.These Officers shall be elected at the Club'sannual meeting to a one year term.
A Board of fifteen (15) Directors shall beelected in the amount of one third of the board(or five members) at each annual meeting. TheDirectors shall serve a 3-2-1 year term(s).
Officers and Directors may be considered forre-election to any position after their termsare expired.
Each Director shall have one vote.
No business, unfinished or new may be taken bythe board or officers unless eight (8) or moredirectors are present.
At the discretion of the Board any officer orBoard member may be removed by a majorityvote of the entire Board.
A. President
The President shall be ultimatelyresponsible for the daily on- goingoperations of The Sportsman's Clubof Franklin County. He/She shalloversee all facets of the club. He/Sheshall report directly and solely to theBoard of Directors.
B. Vice President
In the absence of the President theVice President shall act on his/herbehalf in the management of theSportsman's Club of FranklinCounty. The Vice-President shallreport directly and solely to thePresident.
C. Treasurer
The Treasurer shall keep accurateaccounts of all funds and all fundtransactions and render a detailed reportat the meetings of the Directors orgeneral membership ordered by saidBoard. Records may be audited annually,or at the request of the Board. NOTE:Supplies for record keeping will beprovided for by the Club. FinancialStatements will be prepared monthly forthe Board Meetings.
D. Secretary
The Secretary shall keep accuraterecords and oversee allcorrespondence and have record ofthe same. Additionally the Secretaryshall keep custody of the Club recordsand books.
E. Board of Directors
The duties of the Board shall be the sameas those prescribed by law for Directors ofVermont Corporations. The Board willtransact all business of the Club.
