Vermont Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs 11/16/2020 The Federation is pleased to notify you that oral arguments on our Magazine Ban suit is now schedule to
occur before the Vermont Supreme Court on NOVEMBER 17, 2020 starting at 9AM EST. While you will not be allowed to attend in person, you can watch and listen to this pivotal discussion by

Washington County Superior Court (Thank You To All Who Stepped Forward), those funds only got us to
the Vermont Supreme Court - not through it. In order to move this forward, the Federation stepped to
the plate and used money from our dwindling Defense Fund to pay $10,000 to help bring this case to a
what we believe we be a very successful conclusion. As we look ahead to the next biennium, we believe that there will be continued attacks on our firearm
and sporting rights, and you need to know that across just this past biennium, almost $250,000 has been
spent to lobby AGAINST those rights.
