Clean up day is this Saturday April 22 from 9am to 2pm
We have a lot to do and a raffle and food for those that volunteer!
First the to-do; -Club will provide and pay for all paint, brushes, gas, oil, chain oil, and material needed all jobs except for tools.
-Lawns, We have a lot of lawn damage that needs repairing. Divot stepping, lawn raking and rolling. So, those that have an ATV, lawn roller or trailer, please bring them. The club has a roller and a member has volunteered his roller too but neither have an ATV to pull it.
-Brush and trees., we had a brush cutter come through and have a lot of cut brush to pile. Also, we have some trees that need cutting and trimming. So those with brush cutters, pole saws and chain saws, please bring it. We also have a lot of brush stubble to clean up.
-Painting the club house- the club house windows need their white trim painted. We will provide paint and brushes but please bring a ladder.
-Target holders, we need to assemble A LOT of stands for the year. So bring your cordless screwdriver.
-Trash and wad pickup on the ranges and property.
So tools to bring. Pruning shears, brushcutters, pole pruners, rakes, chain saws and related safety gear, leaf blowers. We will supply gas & oil for power equipment.
Personal gear;
Boots(suitable for wet conditions) & gloves. Maybe rain gear but we hope not.
So the raffle.... We have $100, $50 and $25 gift certificates. Everyone who volunteers, gets a ticket entered into it. Those that bring ATV's and power tools, get another ticket entered in it.
